Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

Delivery Option

We offer local delivery and in-store pickup for most items. Shipping availability and costs may vary depending on location and product type. Large furniture pieces are typically delivered by our in-house delivery team or a trusted partner carrier to ensure safe handling.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are based on distance, item size, and the delivery method selected. These fees will be shown at checkout or communicated by a sales associate.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your items at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or defect should be noted on the delivery receipt and reported immediately to our store.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only deliver within a 60 mile radius of Toledo, Ohio . We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
